FAQs

  • Nutritional therapy is a personalised, holistic approach that uses food, lifestyle changes, and natural strategies to help your body work at its best. Unlike standard nutrition advice, it focuses on uncovering root causes, restoring balance, and supporting overall wellbeing.

  • Whether you book a one-off consultation or a full program, the process is designed to give you the same level of care and attention.

    Initial Consultation
Before your first session, you will complete a short health questionnaire so I can get to know your background, concerns, and priorities.
During our online consultation, we will take a deep look at your health history, current challenges, diet, and lifestyle. This helps me uncover potential triggers and root causes that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Afterwards, you will receive a fully personalised plan with practical food choices, lifestyle recommendations, and, if appropriate, supplement suggestions, all tailored to support your unique goals.

    Follow-Up Support
Your journey doesn’t stop after the first session. Depending on your chosen plan, we’ll schedule regular follow-ups and catch-up calls to track your progress, celebrate your wins, and fine-tune your plan so you continue moving forward with confidence.

  • Nutritional therapy can support anyone looking to improve their health, but it can be especially helpful for women navigating:

Hormone balance – including PMS, PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause.

Digestive health – such as bloating, IBS, or food sensitivities.

Energy and mood – supporting fatigue, low energy, stress, and mild anxiety.

Skin health – including acne, eczema, or other skin concerns.

Overall wellbeing – maintaining a healthy weight, boosting immunity, or simply feeling your best day to day.

By looking at your unique needs and lifestyle, nutritional therapy helps uncover possible root causes.

  • Nutritional therapy takes a holistic approach to your health. While dietitians often focus on clinical guidelines and managing specific medical conditions, nutritional therapy looks at the whole person: your diet, digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, and lifestyle.

The goal is to uncover root causes, restore balance, and create a personalised plan that supports long-term wellbeing, rather than just managing symptoms.

  • Yes! All consultations are held online via Google Meet, so you can join me from anywhere in the world.

  • Not always, but sometimes they can be helpful. Lab tests such as hormone panels or stool tests can uncover root causes that conventional testing might miss, helping us better understand root causes of hormone imbalance or digestive problems.

Supplements can also act as a little “helping hand” while we work on improving your diet and lifestyle, or to address a known nutrient deficiency. Any recommendations are always personalised and based on your unique needs.

  • Yes, it’s complementary and not a replacement for medical care.

  • If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full session fee will apply. Don’t worry, just drop me an email, and we will find a time to reschedule that works for you.

  • You will be required to pay at the time of booking, via secured online payment.
